ROUTINE ANALYSIS OF IN USE MATERIALS IN AN ESSENTIAL PART OF PROCESS CONTROL.
FLUORESCENT PENETRANTS
We are able to analyse the brightness of fluorescent penetrant materials to the requirements of ASTM E 1135 and BS EN ISO 3452 ensuring that the brightness remains within 10% of an unused reference sample. For water washable penetrants, we are also able to determine the water content using Karl Fischer titration methods to ensure that the water content is less than 5%.
MAGNETIC PARTICLE CARRIER FLUIDS
Some specifications require the viscosity of the in use MPI carrier fluid to be measured on a routine basis. We are able to measure the viscosity of MPI carrier fluids to the requirements of ASTM D 455.
